The hotel's location is unbeatable, with many of Istanbul's top attractions within walking distance. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to fulfill any requests and even offering to show guests around the area. Despite the basic rooms, the hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable beds and attention to detail. The continental breakfast provided a good start to the day.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

This is a lovely peaceful little hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the location is ideal if you want to see the main sights of Istanbul - literally around the corner from Topcapi Palace. Good value for money. A good range of foods in the buffet breakfast.....mmm. I got some lovely shots of the Haghia Sophia from the terrace. Will definately stay there again next time I go to Istanbul.... ahh Istanbul beautiful Istanbul....

The only good thing about this hotel is its location near to Gulhane Tram Station
The reception takes in greedy way. When i took shower, the was not clean and this force us to check out from the hotel. However the reception refused for checking out and said if you want to leave it is up to you but you have to pay for days as per the earlier booking. I asked to call police...finally I paid for one day.Room is very small and the furniture is very old like old hospital.

The hotel's location is exceptional, being right in the corner that anyone can easily go to the Taksim area. It is also conveniently located near all the major attractions in the old town with the tram station nearby. the rooms are clean and the staff provides excellent service day and night.
There were some issues with the room facilities, such as TV and fridge barely working.

The staff was friendly and accommodating during our Christmas stay. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from and the coffee was delicious. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and find our way around.
The room we stayed in was not what we were expecting. It was small, outdated, and not very clean.

Good value for the price and at the same time excellent location! It did not take us a long time to get to/from Ataturk airport.

Great city centre location only a few minutes away from a tram stop.
Noise from the road if you are on a room facing the road. Window latch was broken therefore was unable to shut the window. Otherwise room was clean however the safe was also broken. Overall, fairly good value for money, however rooms need tidying up and a bit of diy.

During my Xmas stay, I really appreciated the personalized service provided by the staff. The room was tidy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Another fantastic aspect was the hotel's proximity to some of the must-see tourist spots.
The hotel's breakfast selection was limited, with little variation in options. the room was a tad bit dark and poorly ventilated, causing some discomfort during my stay.
